Complete Accountability
We are very thorough with our due diligence on each and every purchase. A total market and financial analysis is performed to determine the feasibility of each project. A complete scope of work is prepared and sent out to bid to at least 3 reputable contractors. A home inspection and appraisal is done prior to each and every close. All rehabs are visited frequently by partners and inspectors throughout the rehab phase of any project. All closings are handled by the settlement company of your choosing. All invested capital will be secured by a 1st lien position mortgage note against the subject property. And you will be provided with a complete accounting of all money spent and earned throughout the entire process.
