NRES has acquired a bulk package of 7 houses in KCMO. These were purchased well below market value as buy and hold properties with average rents of $800 monthly, and annual returns of 22%. NRES has over 84 properties comprising of houses and two apartment buildings located in Kansas City, Independence and Raytown and is a major owner in these areas helping to revitalize local communities and increase property values due to the repairs and rehab of these acquisitions.
